Andy got an email from Nancy Gerrity in the USA, whose name you may know as being one of the team hoping to get Ralph over to the USA for a short tour. This must be one of the oddest Ralph sightings yet!?? Nancy’s email explains…
In 1982, Philip K. Dick (author of ‘Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep’, on which the film ‘Blade Runner’ was based) wrote a novel called ‘The Transmigration of Timothy Archer’. In the novel, a character wants to commission a rock mass and asks for advice on whom he should commission. Two characters show off their knowledge of music by suggesting musicians. Ralph is among the musicians mentioned.
